I live in France, about 60 miles east of Mont Blanc. My garden is at 550m above sea level. At the moment, summers are dry, with max. temperatures of about 30-35 degrees C (occasionally higher for short periods) and there are droughts and storms with high winds and hail, the winters are now generally dry with minimum temperatures of about -8-10 degrees C. I am interested by any plant and I cultivate trees, shrubs, plant for their flowers, herbs, vegetables, wild plants. I allot 1/3rd of my garden to wild life in which I plant trees et al with the aim of supporting wild life. I have parts of my vegetable beds allotted to non-human centred purposed plants. I do not think that humans are the most important species in the world. I do not think that everything has to be with that assumption and I try to garden on that principle. The seeds that I offer are produced in my garden and I offer them for free but I will need the postage to be paid for somehow.
